By using the Launch Feed website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Basic Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to become a member.
  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Launch Feed members.
  • You may not use Launch Feed for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links that you submit, post, and display on Launch Feed.
  • Launch Feed is intended for personal use and is not a generic image hosting service. Professional or corporate uses of Launch Feed are prohibited.
  • You must not modify, adapt or hack Launch Feed or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Launch Feed.
  • You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Launch Feed members (“Spam”).
  • You must not, in the use of Launch Feed, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • You must not post sexually explicit, nude or illegal images. All images submitted may be removed if deemed inappropriate.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Launch Feed account. While Launch Feed prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Launch Feed cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Launch Feed at your own risk.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate your Launch Feed account for any reason, without notice, at any time.
  • We reserve the right to alter these terms of service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms of service, we will notify you. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these terms of service.

Use of Launch Feed and the Launch Feed content

All of the Content available through Launch Feed is protected by our copyrights and the copyrights of our partners and/or users. You may not use, store, display, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, reproduce, create derivative works of, participate in the transfer or sale of, publicly perform, or in any way exploit any of this Content, in whole or in part, outside of the specific usage rights granted to you by Launch Feed as part of the services we provide.

You may not use Launch Feed in any manner that interferes with our normal operations or with the use and enjoyment of another user. You may only access Launch Feed and the Content through the interfaces provided by Launch Feed.

You understand that by using Launch Feed, you may be exposed to Content that you find offensive or objectionable.

Grant of License

When you post or transmit content on or through Launch Feed you grant Launch Feed, their affiliates and partners a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, sub licensable, royalty-free license to use, store, display, publish, transmit, transfer, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of and publicly perform that content on and through each of the services provided by Launch Feed. This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of your content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.

Limits on our Responsibilities

We cannot guarantee the accuracy, security or quality of content posted on or transmitted through Launch Feed.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss, harm, error or omission that may result from the use of Launch Feed or the services we provide or for any service failure or interruption, regardless of the cause.
