Pick-A-Landlord.com is by far my greatest accomplishment. The development of this site began from the ground up nearly 8 months ago and was released on May 18th 2007 to a small handful of people for testing. Currently, new features are being added and a little bit of a redesign is taking place to help better the end results to the user of this online community.
Pick-A-Landlord.com allows tenants to rate their landlords based upon their rental experiences. While the average individual may only rent housing a few times in his or her life many landlords own multiple housing units and apartment complexes. In some cases certain landlords may own over 25% of a cities rental property.
